RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:

Returns once the doll arrives:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and with all original items and packaging.

Returns are on a case by case basis. To start a return, you can contact me at isabelandersondolls@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. I take quality control extremely seriously and want to make sure your doll meets your expectations.

Refunds 
We will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING:

If your address has changed or your layaway spot has been sold to another person please contact me through the original email (so I know it’s you!) to change the address.

For international packages I mark dolls at their worth. This way I can replace any lost purchases.

Please contact me if you are concerned with customs fees.

If your item is taking a long time or you are worried it’s lost I will call the appropriate mail carrier to inquire and then follow up with you! Sometimes this process has taken a few weeks, but as a package stalker myself I will gladly look into any issue you’re having. With rural addresses I’ve found the USPS transfer to international can be quite grumpy but the package arrives a little later once the carrier sorts things out.
